Systems that do the work nobody should be doing.
AI and automation that takes the repetitive work off your team — missed calls, admin, lead follow-up, document processing, reporting. Built once, runs quietly in the background. No hype, no theatre.
Four patterns I build most.
Same underlying approach across all four. Every project is custom-scoped to your business, fixed-price, built only when the maths works.
Lead intake & response
Never miss a lead again
Capture every enquiry — website forms, email, platform listings, social DMs — classify it with AI, push it into your CRM, and respond within minutes. No leads sitting in inboxes for days, no copy-paste between platforms.
- Pulls leads from every source into one view
- AI extracts name, contact details, and enquiry reason
- Auto-responds in your tone within 5 minutes
- Logs straight into Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, GHL or a sheet
AI voice agents
Answer every call, day or night
A voice agent that picks up when you can't. Captures the enquiry, books the appointment, answers the FAQs, sends you the details before the call's even ended.
- Handles missed calls that would otherwise become lost revenue
- Books appointments straight into your calendar
- Qualifies leads before they reach you
- Sounds human, runs 24/7, never calls in sick
Outbound & CRM automation
Outbound and pipeline, automated
Cold email sequences with AI-personalised copy and enrichment. CRM stage-triggered follow-ups that move deals forward. Reply classification, lead scoring, handoffs — all running in the background.
- Cold email outreach with enrichment (Apollo, Lusha, Companies House)
- CRM stage-triggered email + SMS sequences (Pipedrive, GHL, Zoho, HubSpot)
- AI reply classification — positive, OOO, bounce, unsubscribe
- Lead scoring, pipeline hygiene, reporting
Data & back-office automation
The back-office, automated
Handwritten forms and PDFs read by AI. E-commerce orders synced to accounting. Scheduled reminders, recurring reports, data pipelines — the admin that quietly eats hours every week, running in the background.
- Handwriting + printed-text OCR with validation (lab cards, forms, invoices)
- E-commerce → accounting sync (WooCommerce → QuickBooks, Stripe → Sheets)
- Scheduled reminders and recurring campaigns (email + SMS)
- Internal dashboards and reports deployed to the web
Here's what a few of them look like.
Eight real systems I've built, drawn out end-to-end. Each one runs every day for a client. No screenshots, no pitch deck — just the actual flow.

Data & reporting · Coaching
Customer health scoring — SaaS advisory
Every client has a rolling health score — usage, engagement, onboarding progress. When a client drops into the red, the system flags them before they churn.

- Red-score alertBefore they churn
Watch it from them.
Three short, unedited videos from clients on what I built for them.
On the AI voice agent handling his inbound calls every day.
On the AI outreach booking his HVAC firm multiple face-to-face high-ticket meetings.
On the system that uses AI to analyse CVs and write hyper-personalised outreach to companies hiring.
What clients say.

A bit about me
I'm Louie.
I build AI and automation systems from Brighton, UK — working with clients across 10 different industries. No team, no agency overhead. Just me, shipping every project personally. I take the time to understand your business, I don't outsource any of the work, and I'll tell you honestly when automation isn't worth it. Direct relationships, from the first call to the handover.
How it works.
No drawn-out sales process. No retainer lock-ins. Just a call, a proposal, and a working system.
- 01
Discovery call
30 minutes. You tell me what's eating your team's time or what calls you're missing. I tell you what's actually solvable.
- 02
Scoped proposal
Fixed price. Clear deliverables. No open-ended hourly. You approve it before anything gets built.
- 03
Build & handover
I build it, you test it, I hand it over with full documentation and a Loom walkthrough. Questions after? Still answered.
Questions worth asking.
- How do you decide what's worth automating?
- Every project starts with a simple question: how much time or money does this cost you every month, and does the build pay back within a few months? If it doesn't, I'll tell you on the discovery call and we move on. Good automations have obvious ROI — missed calls captured, hours of manual admin removed, leads stopped from slipping through the cracks. Shiny AI features with no clear return aren't worth building, however impressive they look in a demo.
- What kind of work does this actually replace?
- Anything that's repetitive, rules-based, and quietly eats hours every week. Inbound lead triage. Copy-pasting data between tools. Chasing missed calls. Reading handwritten forms and typing them into a system. Sending follow-up emails. Pulling reports from five places into one dashboard. If a task follows the same pattern each time — even if it involves some judgment — AI makes it automatable. What isn't worth automating: work that genuinely needs human relationships, creativity, or nuanced decisions you couldn't write down.
- Who owns the systems once they're built?
- You do. Every project runs on your accounts — your n8n, your Make.com, your Retell, your API keys, your CRM. I'm just the person who wires them together. No lock-in, no hostage situations. If you ever wanted to stop working with me, everything keeps running. You get full documentation and a Loom walkthrough, so you could hand it to anyone else to maintain.
- How much does it cost?
- Projects are fixed-price, scoped on the discovery call — you know the exact number before anything is built. Typical builds range from £500 for simple automations to £3,000+ for multi-system projects. Voice agents and ongoing outbound systems are a setup fee plus monthly retainer. Either way, the rule is the same: if the system doesn't save or earn enough each month to justify the cost, I'll tell you upfront.
- How long does a project take?
- Most builds run 2–4 weeks from kick-off to handover. Larger multi-system projects run 4–8 weeks. You'll get a realistic timeline in the proposal — no optimistic promises. For voice agents specifically, the build itself is fast — the time-consuming part is testing. Getting a voice agent to sound right and handle edge cases takes iterating on real transcripts.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. I handle the build, the handover, and the ongoing tweaks. Every project ends with a Loom walkthrough showing you exactly how to operate and monitor what you've got. If something needs changing in a month, you message me — you don't need to touch the underlying system.
- What happens after I book the call?
- 30 minutes, no pitch. I ask about the process or calls you want to fix, what you've tried, and what 'solved' looks like. You leave with either a rough proposal pencilled in, or a straight answer that it's not worth automating. Either way, you learn something useful.
Got a process that's quietly costing you money?
30 minutes on a call. I'll tell you if it's worth automating or not — either way you leave with a clear answer.
